You want actionable tools to manage stress, anxiety, and mental overload

Start Date: June 17th - July 8th (Tuesdays)
Sessions: 4 weekly Zoom calls (60 min)
Time: 12 Noon to 1 pm CT
Cost: $149 total (for all 4 weeks)
Location: Online via secure Zoom
Each session includes guided conversation, reflective prompts, and therapist-led tools to support emotional wellness and reduce mom guilt.
