As the Founder of The Powers Mindset, Kristen has been in the business of helping people for over two decades. She has worked in crisis centers, cancer centers, universities, and private practice in research, development, and clinical capacities. Her extensive healthcare background makes her ability to empower, empathize, and educate clients unmatched. Beyond her private practice, Kristen also volunteers with A Home Within, a national nonprofit providing free, long-term mental health support to youth in foster care—further reflecting her commitment to service and advocacy. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies, she helps individuals break free from limiting beliefs, set healthy boundaries, and build fulfilling lives. Whether through therapy, consulting, or transformative resources, she equips clients with the tools they need to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and professionally.

THERAPIST

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture from Indiana University and her Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. She works with high school–aged clients and adults and provides virtual therapy only. Amy is affirming and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community and has experience working with depression, anxiety, body image concerns, and identity exploration.

Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, with a focus on helping clients feel empowered, confident, and actively engaged in their therapeutic goals and progress.

Outside of her clinical work, Amy enjoys traveling, attending Chicago Cubs games, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her nieces.

Jenna ensures that every aspect of our mission runs seamlessly. From optimizing business processes to executing high-impact initiatives, she keeps our office, therapy processes, coaching, events, and resources running efficiently. Her focus on organization and strategy allows us to deliver top-tier support to our clients, making personal growth both accessible and transformative.

Kiki is the visionary behind our brand’s bold and empowering presence. She crafts innovative content, designs impactful messaging, and develops dynamic strategies to ensure our mission resonates with our clients. From engaging digital experiences to compelling events, she brings creativity and strategy together to inspire confidence, connection, and lasting change.
